Dieses Hotel war einfach ein Traum!Wir blieben für ein Wochenende, aber wir wären gerne viel länger geblieben. Das Hotel ist schön mit all dem Komfort,den man von zu Hause gewöhnt ist, es war sauber und die Hotelangestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das Hotel ist in einem kleinem historischen Dorf gelegen,welches uns Freude bereitete,da es viele Monumente zum anschauen bot.Die Bus und Transportverbindungen generell waren gut.Wir werden sicher noch einmal hierher kommen.

For six aсos hospedй me in Tamanaco estadнa and was the worst of my life, including a card scam crйdito. From what I see in these comments nothing has changed, still just as bad.

All have razуn, the service is lousy, they are not competent, even child clean the rooms, you try to steal if you give pportunities, is the worst Ive known as a hotel, a motel is better that this 5-star hotel, sorry but true. LJOA

This is the mail that I write in August. Ive talked to many people and nobody responded. Or hang the tel or pass the call from one place to another without taking the time to answer or ask pair. honestly the only good service from the hotel is provided by the hotel taxi line, and that should be the same for independence.

The worst hotel I have visited in my life. The worst atenciуn and cheated me up with the credit card, a month after my estadнa made an illegal charge me 400 dollars so far still claiming. Please do not go, look for a motel room.

the hotel really gives a lot to be desired, the rooms are very small and old, supersucias carpets, air conditioning a crap about the beds are hammocks ... I asked one extra bed at 3pm and I took it at 10pm because I had to call back and pass the waitress never came to dress the bed I had to do it myself ..... malisima attention, do not provide breakfast and no internet ... think of a star is terrible HOTEL

the truth is that you feel cheated and sad, because the hotel has good facilities, but the rooms are awful for a hotel that says five stars: dirty carpets, old tapestry, etc.

I keep with the comment down to the baсo was locked, what a pity that this five-star told, all you have is pretty entry because so to register or checkout is to stand in line, even excluding breakfast the parking lot is the most expensive Ive ever met, one dollar an hour. Thank you very much and I hope nothing ever again or recommend them or pass at all.

Quedй very sad about this hotel, I must say that paguй $ 230 a day plus taxes, my habitaciуn podнa easily pass as a star hotel, had no Internet service in rooms, in the refrigerator not even let a coke, the safe was closed when lleguй, air conditioning hot, still another because there is no long comment
