Value for money is very good and is a comfortable and well uBid, staff all very correct and very clean. It was cold in Madrid and had already turned off the heater, we quite cold in the room this summer said they would make reforms to fix	7

good value for money. The rooms were clean and modern furnishings. In general, staff at reception were very helpful and polite. The only thing that did not like that when we went up to our room, my mom accidentally knocked over trash can near the elevator. There was a cleaning lady next to us, but it did not help.	9

I liked it. Cleaning of rooms was excellent. Small bed for 2 people. It was warm, it seemed that the room was always hot.	7

The location is very good and the rooms are large. Very small tubes bathroom. Be careful with very very very hot water, I burned my feet when I began to wash. I asked for an iron, waited 15 minutes and refused.	7

When we arrived to check in staff are not treated kindly. The hotel has no pool. We were given a double bed instead of two single beds. And if two people are men and do not want to sleep in one bed? For parking an outrageous price.	5

The hotel is very convenient to the metro. Reasonable prices. Bath is very comfortable, the bed is slightly tough. The rooms need a cool, blowing hot air. With the window open was comfortable.	7
