great location and plenty of shops around metro very close lack of kitchen equipment (no microwave dishes and bakeware too few)	7

locatie, vriendelijk hotelpersoneel, appartementen en oppervlakken zijn meer dan bevredigend, prijs, comfort Er zijn acht jaar geleden dat we zijn verblijf in dit hotel ten minste een keer per jaar en ik merkte een permanente aantasting van alle schenkingen. In december 2009 verbleef ik in een 7e verdieping appartement welke is gerenoveerd, maar de keuken was geen t bracht up-to-date (ook de koelkast is nieuw) en nog een hoop nuttige dingen ontbraken (vaatdoeken, onvoldoende gerechten , etc). Het hotel moet worden gerenoveerd zeer dringend (alle verdiepingen), ingesteld up-to-date en opgefrist.	7

Its location. Facilities muyyyy old. The entrees door to my room was so bad that I could put a book between it and the frame despite being closed. Then I saw that there were several well. Furniture very old and worn. No gels or soap.	4

Only the location deserves positive. Although the apartment is old and poorly maintained, we could consider it acceptable if it were possible to sleep in beds so bad (even after we manage to change my room). Do not think that there is also permissible routine cleaning, with the justification that the maids do not work on weekends and holidays. A internet costs 15 euros day and the parking costs 20 euros day. The TV is very small.	4

Uitstekend personeel aandacht voor hotelgasten. Personeel was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam met aanwijzingen, aanbevelingen, enz.	9

The location and the fact that it has its own garage. The condition of the apartment in need of reform, face the rear, the smell of food from the hoods of some restaurant in the back, the smell of ink (one apartment was being painted by what we have been hired), the age of furniture and equipment, decoration and completely outdated and need to be updated.	4

The location is excellent and the price good for the amount of space available. The area appears safe, and that was vital for me as I traveled with my daughter for two years. The apartment was very dirty, the bathroom had dirt everywhere and the bedspread had stains of all kinds. The sofa was very uncomfortable and the TV had no remote.	6

The location and value for money. If stored at low prices return to Apartment Goya 75. 1 .- One day there was damage in the building and we had no water supply for about 12 hours. 2 .- The regular laundry service takes 72 hours for delivery, it would be better than the regular service would be of maximum 48 hours and 24-hour express service. 3 .- As a service apartment is not specialized staff as if hotel, is willing to accept this assumption that the building has a hotel guest rate, income permanent housing type and even own their own apartment. There are more than 100 departments with these three characteristics.	6

Its location makes shopping and movement within the metro.El staff is very kind and understanding. Could improve the comfort of the beds.	9
