Location. Very friendly staff in general and especially the people they serve breakfast service
Excessive heat in the plant room. The Hotel is right but I think perhaps too much to call it 4 *. The two lifts damaged in a number of hours that caused inconvenience to many customers. It seemed slow to resolve this issue. while I understand that depends more on maintenance that has contracted the Hotel.

Best of the hotel was quiet. Seldom can stay in a hotel without hearing what everyone else does by corridors or rooms. In our case we were in a room that led to a very large internal courtyard and was a success since it was no sound even sleeping with the window open. The location is very central for those who go without a car in Barcelona and the metro stops running at 12 so as to go to dinner at the gothic quarter was not easy. Moreover, the surrounding area was fine for breakfast but for dinner did not have many sites accessible and lively. It is a safe area and UPL as well but want to get out a bit.

Good customer relations, rooms spacious and warm relationship very very good price, but price was an offer booking, not the normal price of l hotel.

subway noise is quite molesto.La room had no light. The shower had no pressure, the bathroom door would not close but then it was fixed. The bed was very old. Not a four star hotel, at most three.

It is a very old hotel, which lacks a urgent Renovated, also gave us a room to which he had to access via stairs and there was no elevator, I think there other hotels with the best quality-price
