20 июля 2011 года имела казусный случай отужинать в ресторане высшей категории ренессанс. Крайне возмущена. Подали прогорклый феттучини 4 сыра. Официантка Анара в грубой форме доказывала,что это это вкус и запах сыров. Были 5 видов сыров в их "каше": дорблю, пармезан, чеддер, бри, мааздам. Еле дозвалась поваров Майк и Малика. Малика сказала, это потому что взяли новеньких поваров. Получается обучение проводят на клиентах!!!!!!! На то, что шефповар обязан каждое подаваемое блюдо должен проверять сам, госпожа Малика возразила. И сказала, что у них внизу банкет. И оставили на кухне новичка. Мы были на ужине полноценном за свой счет, а не благотворительном ужине. Хотя, на благотворительном, и вообще, все, что связано питанием ЛЮДЕЙ должно быть, по моему мнению, очень щепетильное. Вот так нам постарались обслуживающий персонал и повар Малика испортить весь оставшийся вечер негативом. Хотя, в этот ресторан хожу не первый год. Джае была на 5-летие отеля. ПЕЧАЛЬНО!!!!!!	1

The hotel draws on the level of service to the frail three stars. Despite the nice building and a sea view. 1. At the reception did not give book reviews (so they said it does not exist). 2. We are a corporate client (PricewaterhouseCoopers). I received a letter of confirmation of your reservation. When I called the hotel to book a taxi, I was told that to do so can, t. To.Reservation canceled (according to the reception, did not pass card). In this letter of cancellation and the call was not! This is the first time in my life, when about to cancel your reservation in advance is not reported to the client! 3. The room is continuously tech push, called plumbing. 4. The room was not working crane, called plumbing. 5.I was an early arrival (3 hours earlier), for which we honestly paid the full price for a whole day. At the same time when I asked the granola with them to work (we had a night flight with no sleep and slept all morning), I was told at the reception that the phone book is not only personally have to go to the kitchen at home and to negotiate.	6

Much better than the Atyrau renaissance - only feature which was worse was the gym! Nice food and atmosphere.	6
