Een heerlijke kamer en facilties met zeer hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel in een prachtige stad. De jacuzzi op het dak had een prachtig uitzicht nee, het was geweldig	10

The location on the Grand Canal. The terraces of the restaurant and bar. Little or no extras in the room (except bottled water). No TV set in the bedroom (or in the lounge). With a fully booked hotel services (breakfast), do this.	9

Het mooie restaurant aan het kanaal en vooral onze prachtig balkon met uitzicht over Venetië Er was geen wijn in onze mini-bar en we altijd graag een glas wijn in de avond bij het veranderen van uit te gaan.	7

Prime location on the Grand Canal, is indeed nothing new. Awful breakfast. Restaurant reservations done only after insistence. Private Boat Transfer costly mistake, was € 228 for a tour without luggage, Private Boat Cancel the transfer request is very bumpy possible. The airport was then but a wanted and coal ....	6

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. All employees and especially the chief concierge Paolo are very sociable and friendly. Please note that if you want to stay in Venice at the hotel of good quality, youll have to lay out a considerable sum. We took a double room with panoramic view and with breakfast (or it for 44 euros with the Click each).The room had a balcony and on the other side of the pier with a gondola, view of the city and the main canal. On the street to sit though it was cold, but in warmer weather would be fine. Another of the features in our (huge) room - a large and very comfortable bed. Bathroom in marble and separate shower - elegant and comfortable.Breakfast itself we liked, but there was a better quality of service in the main restaurant on the 1 floor is better than at the Palazzo. We have been offered a taxi from the hotel to the station of Santa Lucia, but a regular taxi is cheaper. Generally Venice is not a cheap city, and prices for hotels rather high. But quality pays off.And by the way, for internet (wireless), we paid only 20 euros for 4 days - not bad for an expensive hotel. And pleased that there were no surprises in the bill for the room (as is sometimes the case), but what we actually spend. In general, these were four wonderful and magical day in Venice is worth it!	10
