We went to Nice for the weekend after a surprisingly boring work week in a gray London in August. We booked a room on the internet and received a confirmation by e-mail and by phone. When we arrived, and we were immediately struck by the amazing hospitality of the staff. The room is decorated in a little old-fashioned style bathroom too, but the room was spacious and nice.Sorry we could not afford to stay in a room with sea view, our windows faced the courtyard. In the room there is no pool or spa, but across the private beach with deck chairs and towels (18 euros / person). The cafe-restaurant on the shores of delicious food, we had dinner a couple of times. We also recommend a restaurant Le Chantecler in the hotel, dinner will cost you 80-90 euros, excluding wine.Great young chef, a connoisseur of the business. If you want to eat inexpensively - on the promenade is a 15 minute walk to the old town, there will find plenty of inexpensive bars and cafes. Prices in the bar at the hotel are high, but it is quite predictable.
