The Erato Family used very few banks to mortgage this construction, thus passing on the savings to the investors as long as the installment payments came in at the proper time. The investors got the benefits of very, very low prices, while the Erato Family was stuck with lack of funds due to these few complaintants who withheld their money. This resort would have already been completed if it were not for these few complaintants.	4

This hotel is under constructionand has been for 3 years. The developer has run out of money and construction is stopped. There is no tennis court and elevators are missing because developer owes the elevator contracter money. Stay away is my advise.	4
